Narwhal uses iCloud to backup all dives and preferences, and sync them between your devices. This requires you to be logged in to your iCloud account on your device, and to the same iCloud account on any devices you wish to sync your dives.
Due to the nature of online storage systems, syncing issues can occur from time to time. If you are experiencing issues with dives not appearing on your device or syncing between devices, we suggest trying the following:
Check Apple’s System Status page to ensure iCloud Backup and iCloud Drive are operational.
Check that you are logged in to iCloud and have available storage in your iOS Settings app.
Navigate to your iOS Settings app → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → Narwhal, and ensure the toggle is set to “ON”.
